There is no doubt that the climate change affects many touristic areas transforming them unexpectedly. The need for greet tourism becomes acute, we have to act more responsibly and start protecting these places. I had the chance to have a green vacation and I am telling you that I had the same exact fun as before only this time I felt better because I know I dont affect any touristic area. Turkey is a great place for green tourism, I will definitely go back there.

Thank you for your post! On your next visit to the island I would highly suggest taking a ‘movie tour’ of the island… there have been numerous Hollywood films that have been on location here.. Jurassic Park 1 & 2, Honeymoon in Vegas, South Pacific, King Kong, Indiana Jones, Baywatch and most recently the new Ben Stiller movie ‘Tropic Thunder’, just to name a few.

I have always wondered where that lovely home was. In the movie it was billed as being on Maui I believe. After all this time I am still suprised about the wonders of Kauai. Shelah’s bolg is a must if you want to keep up to date and find new and interesting places and knowledge about this wonderful jewel of an island.
